Each year, PGD selects a college student for our “Airport Operations Intern” program.  This Fall, Warda Yakub is getting full-time experience working at PGD. She's gaining an overview of how the entire airport runs, from working outside on the ramp with aircraft and interacting with passengers at the terminal, to behind-the-scenes activities of our airside operations and office administration teams. The internship program is jointly funded with a grant from the Florida Airports Council (FAC).
