Proposed Airport Improvements: The proposed improvements, collectively referred to in the Draft EA as the Proposed Project, include the following development actions: 1) improving runway safety and function by reconstructing/rehabilitating Runway 04/22 and extending and rehabilitating Runway 15/33; 2) developing a new general aviation terminal facility and new flight school facilities; 3) expanding parking facilities by providing additional public parking and rental car areas; and 4) performing wildlife hazard habitat management by removing several wetland areas on the airfield. The Proposed Project includes mitigation measures for unavoidable impacts.
The purpose of the combined Public Information Workshop and Public Hearing is to receive and consider public comments on the social, economic and environmental effects of the Proposed Project. Attendees will be given the opportunity to submit written comments, or give verbal comments to a court reporter.
No formal presentation will be made. Reservations not requested.
Draft EA Availability: A copy of the Draft EA is available for public review on the CCAA website at www.flypgd.com/master-plan. The document will also be available for review during regular business hours at the locations listed below:

Comment Period: Written comments on the Draft EA will also be accepted by mail if they are postmarked no later than March 8, 2019. All comments will be carefully reviewed and addressed in a Final Environmental Assessment. Written comments can be submitted at the Public Hearing or mailed to:
