Commissioners Break Ground on New Aircraft Ramp Punta Gorda, FL (Sept. 30, 2020) – The Charlotte County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) recently broke ground on the first phase of Punta Gorda Airport’s Aviation Expansion Area, called PGD AviEx. PGD Awarded $471K for Design of Runway 4-22

PGD will receive a $471,305 grant from the FAA for the design portion of Runway 4/22’s rehabilitation. PGD’s Commitment to Safety is Nonstop Punta Gorda, FL (July 9, 2020) – The Charlotte County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) announced the Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) passenger count for June 2020 totaled 93,767, with 47,846 departing passengers and 45,921 arriving passengers.
