Permit Applications
All completed applications are to be delivered to the Charlotte County Airport Authority’s administrative office located at 8079 Golf Course Boulevard, Punta Gorda, FL 33982 during normal business hours.
Pre-Arranged Pick-Up Taxi & Limo Operators
Pre-Arranged Pick-Up operators are not allowed to solicit rides on airport property.
A&P Permit
Applicants must provide a completed application, a Certificate of Insurance naming the Authority as additional insured, and a check for $100. If granted, the permit is valid for one (1) year (unless revoked by the Authority). Yearly re-applications are required and subsequent application fees are to be determined by the Authority.

Instruction Permit
Applicants must provide a completed application, a Certificate of Insurance naming the Authority as additional insured, and a check for $100. This application may be used by an individual entity to request authorization to conduct Flight Training at the Punta Gorda Airport. Flight Training is defined as instructing pilots and student pilots in fixed or rotary wing aircraft operations and providing such related ground school instruction as is necessary and preparatory to taking a written examination and flight check ride for the category or categories of pilots’ licenses and/or rating involved, pursuant to 14 C.F.R. Part 61. This application may not be used by entities renting aircraft to the public and/or conducting training under 14 C.F.R. Part 141.

Aviation Activity Agreement
This agreement should be submitted at least 30 calendar days before the event. You may email the completed agreement to Airport@FlyPGD.com.
Application for Work On Airport
This application should be mailed to ATTN: Ray Laroche, 28000 A-1 Airport Road, Punta Gorda, FL, 33982, or dropped off at the Admin Office, or emailed to RLaroche@FlyPGD.com.
Free Speech Event Permit
This permit application must be delivered at least three (3) business days before the event (Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm, excluding holidays). You may email completed application to Airport@FlyPGD.com.
