Dear T-Hangar Tenant:
On December 17, 2020, the Charlotte County Airport Authority (CCAA) Board approved an updated Lease and Rules & Regulations that requires you to have $1,000,000 in liability insurance on your aircraft. The Board approved this policy at the recommendation of our attorney to protect each of you, your fellow tenants, and the airport.
Please make note of these important changes taking effect on January 1, 2021. All Leases and Badges will renew on your current lease commencement date. All Tenant badges will be re-issued on the lease commencement date each year going forward in order to meet new TSA badging audit regulation requirements.
WHEN YOUR LEASE IS UP FOR RENEWAL: We are requesting that you complete/submit ALL of the following documentation via email to GAinfo@flypgd.com or fax to 941-639-6214, ATTN Tammy Hummer. However, if you do not have the capability to do so electronically, please call 941-639-1101 x119 to schedule an appointment.
- LESSEE INFORMATION SHEET – Fill out this form completely.
- PROOF OF INSURANCE – Please provide proof of a minimum $1,000,000 liability coverage on your aircraft. Please ask your insurance company to add “Additional Insured” as follows: “Charlotte County Airport Authority, ATTN: Tammy Hummer, 28000 A-1 Airport Road, Punta Gorda, FL, 33982.”
- AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION – Current Aircraft Registration for the aircraft assigned to the T-Hangar. Tenant must be on Aircraft Registration and/or Business name.
UPDATED LEASE: CCAA will be using DocuSign to obtain each Tenant’s electronic signatures. This is a safe, secure way to sign documents from anywhere. Once all the information above has been received, Tammy will begin emailing the link to sign and finalize your Lease the week of January 11, 2021, as your commencement date approaches.
